Every Tuesday in January from 7:30-9pm.

Infield footwork & movement patterns
Glove work & angles to the baseball
Throwing mechanics & efficiency
Game-speed defensive reps
Light hitting work to finish the session

Modern Day Coach operates this program in partnership with the Town of Cary at the USA Baseball National Training Complex. All registrations and payments are managed by the Town of Cary. MDC provides curriculum, certified staff, and instruction.
