Modern Day Coach is now running our offseason programs at USA Baseball National Training Complex in Cary and Next Level Swings in Pittsboro. Same pro-designed system, two convenient options for your family.
Program Options & Pricing
USA Baseball National Training Complex in Cary
All registration and payments are managed through the Town of Cary website.
Youth Development (Ages 7–9)
Schedule:
• Wednesdays & Fridays | 5:30–7:00 PM
Focus:
Skill-focused, high-energy instruction built for developing baseball foundations. Throwing, catching, hitting, and athletic movement patterns in a fun, competitive environment.
Pricing:
• Partnered players: $85/week
• Non-partnered players: $105/week
Player Development (Ages 10–12)
Schedule:
• Tuesdays & Thursdays | 5:30–7:30 PM
Focus:
Detailed instruction for swing mechanics, fielding fundamentals, and arm development. Perfect for players preparing for spring travel or rec ball.
Pricing:
• Partnered players: $95/week
• Non-partnered players: $115/week
Advanced Development (Ages 13–16)
Schedule:
• Wednesdays & Fridays | 7:00–9:00 PM
Focus:
Advanced baseball training that bridges the gap to high school and college prep — hitting approach, infield work, game-speed drills, and strength/speed development.
Pricing:
• Partnered players: $110/week
• Non-partnered players: $130/week
Modern Day Coach operates this program in partnership with the Town of Cary at the USA Baseball National Training Complex. All registrations and payments are managed by the Town of Cary. MDC provides curriculum, certified staff, and instruction.
Next Level Swings in Pittsboro
Youth Development (Ages 7–9)
Schedule:
• Mondays | 4:00-5:00 PM
Focus:
Small-group, 1-hour sessions (max 4 players per coach) at Next Level Swings in Pittsboro. This group focuses on proper running form, throwing and catching fundamentals, and simple swing mechanics — all taught through fun, structured drills to build a strong foundation for future development.
Pricing:
• $50 per session (max 4 players)
Player Development (Ages 10–12)
Schedule:
• Mondays | 5:00-6:00 PM; 6:00-7:00 PM
Focus:
Small-group, 1-hour sessions (max 4 players per coach) at Next Level Swings in Pittsboro. Age-specific groups using the same system you know from Cary, built around speed/agility, rotational strength, core work, and arm care to prepare for a strong 2026 season.
Pricing:
• $50 per session (max 4 players)
Advanced Development (Ages 13-16)
