In partnership with the Town of Cary. Tuesdays & Thursdays. Register and pay through the Town of Cary (RecTrac). Multi-week series run through fall and winter 2026.

What to expect
Certified Offseason Programs are organized around age-appropriate priorities, clear teaching language, repeatable practice routines, and observable player actions — the same system MDC uses with families and teams year-round. Cary and Pittsboro are the locations; the program is MDC’s.
Questions
At the Cary location, sessions are registered and paid through the Town of Cary (RecTrac) on the age-group activity page. At the Pittsboro location (Next Level Swings), baseball and softball will be registered and paid through Modern Day Coach once schedules are published.
Partnered pricing applies to players enrolled through Town of Cary / partner pathways as defined on the Town registration system. Non-partnered pricing applies to all other registrants. Final eligibility is confirmed at Town of Cary checkout.
The Cary location meets Tuesdays and Thursdays by age group (7–9 at 5:00–6:30 PM; 10–12 at 6:30–8:30 PM). The Pittsboro location at Next Level Swings is coming soon — once per week across three consecutive 1-hour slots (max 4 players per coach).
No. Certified Offseason Programs are in-person development sessions at partner facilities. The MDC membership (powered by UniteHQ) is the structured player-development plan and member hub families can use year-round. Many families use both.
